Broke on first use 😣

My Pony Jet broke the first time I used it - the container that houses the shampoo (which was empty at the time) shot off with such force it was dangerous. Luckily I was only testing it, not using it on my horse. It now just leaks constantly. I’ll be replacing it with a standard hose attachment. Complete waste of money.

We love the Pony Jet

The product is as good as advertised. Timely delivery, well packaged. Despite some hesitate feelings on how good it would actually be after the first use I cannot stop telling everyone what a great product this is. The ponies love it especially the ones that usually don't like a wash! Great product.
